We are now offering online remote support.  Using a service called LogMeIn, we can initiate online support sessions in which we temporarily take control of your computer in order to perform fixes, repairs, installs, reinstalls, or reconfigurations without having to be there in person.

This service is useful for those situations in which you think that there might be a quick and easy fix.  We bill at a half-hour minimum for remote support, in contrast to the one hour minimum that we have for on-site and in-our-office services.
